My throat was a little sore yesterday, and today I am starting to feel crappy. I just took a 3 hour nap (which I never, ever, ever do), my ears hurt, I am starting to feel congested, super tired, a little headachey, and even my H said I don't look well.
(This would also explain my freak out about being last in the race yesterday, one of the first symptoms of me being sick/coming down with something is extreme sadness and anxiety.)
Tell me this won't happen! I am already taking zinc and vitamin C.
Get to bed early and get as much sleep as you can. Sending you wake-up-feeling-great vibes! I'm feeling the icks coming on, too, but I am demanding that it stays away. From both of us! Demanding!!!11!eleventy!!1

You will be ok! Even if you get sick, you will be ok. I came down with a cold on Friday morning and I had a mini-panic. But it ended up being mostly a non-issue for my race. Get a good night's sleep tonight, drink lots of fluids, and if necessary, pack tissues with you tomorrow. You'll be great!
I feel like, if you're Dr. Zoidberg, you should be able to cure yourself . . . No, scratch that. He's a terrible doctor.

I am definitely getting a cold, but I am not doing that bad right now. I think I can manage. Fortunately, it feels like it's all in my sinuses and not in my chest at all.
