Salt, Sugar, Fat by Michael Moss. It's all about the rise of processed foods and the marketing of the products sold by the krafts and coca-colas of the world. I'm only 30 pages in but it's fascinating and I'm hooked. It says it was copyrighted in 2013 so it must be new.
I've been waiting for this to come out - I think it actually came out last week but I saw it pre-released at Sam's. I'm finishing up a book right now but it is on my to-read list, glad to hear that you like it!
'Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. So every day is a holiday and every meal a feast."
