Hello, I am not a regular on this board, but would love to be so hello!
I am in my mid-30s, and have always struggled with my weight. I am finally at a happy weight, but I would like to lose another 15 pounds. I am unhappy about the way I look. I have a thick/wide back (really too thick for a petite person like me), and I try to always hide my fat arms with sleeves (no sleeveless for me, yet hopefully). Also, me legs (from the front) are/look more toned, but the back of my legs (from my backside) are thick and chunky- it is almost like the front doesn't match the back (not sure if I am making any sense). My stomach (when I'm not tightening it up) is pretty large, but I always suck it in and then it just disappears (not sure if I am making sense here).
I need to start going back to the gym and strength train (can do New Rules of Lifting for Women again), but I don't really know what to do to lose that last 15 pounds.
Weight Watchers (I really do not want to start counting points all the time) but I'm wondering if this is what I need to lose those last stubborn pounds. (Previously, I lowered my carb intake and lost 10 pounds, but I feel like I have plateaued as I've been this weight since March 2012.) I love making dishes and don't want to start relying on processed/WW frozen meals. Is it worth it? If so, what type of plan would you recommend? Any tips?
eta: When I did eat healthier, I really removed carbs and dairy from my diet and felt great. On weekends, I tend to "splurge" and eat more "junky" foods and while it tastes great, I feel sick to my stomach (physically, not necessarily mentally) the next morning. I don't know if it's from the grain/carbs and/or dairy (ie. pizza).
I did WW about a year ago and dropped about 25 lbs. You don't have to eat any processed or WW brand foods, they have point values for everything. If you have a smart phone, their app is fantastic.
I stopped using the program in October when I hit a healthy weight. I've dropped another 10 lbs since then. I feel like the program has taught me how to eat better. I was really eating too much food before.

I really appreciate both responses! I am glad I don't need to follow the point system (I didn't want to count points)- I think I will adapt some of the concepts.
When it comes to toning up, I'd really like to focus on my back (it has always been thick) and the backs of my thighs. Can you recommend some good exercises?
