Sat- 6miles on the road bike. I know, it's not very long, but I've been in a moon boot for a month and it was only my second time being clipped in. I was pretty proud I didn't crash and burn this time. !
Friday---HEAT/Crossfit class at the gym. Touching moment (for me)--We did the Hero WOD named after my sorority sister's husband. Saturday--4 miles on the walking trail with the pup. 31 minutes was C25K Week 2 Day 2, the other 45 minutes were walking. It was such a beautiful day! Sunday--2.75 mile neighborhood walk with the pup. I wanted to make it to yoga, but got tied up in errands.

F- "Power Hour" interval training it was just okay S - Weights & 30 minutes on the elliptical S - off - I was zonked and basically napped and did laundry all day
