I'm going to be the queen of the DVD's for a while. My achilles is still feeling pretty achy, but the huge lump is a little less noticeable. Just trying to ignore the little devil on my shoulder that says to give it a "test run". I won't! Luckily, I have lots to keep me busy.
F - Ran 3 miles in the morning before work. Sat. - Shopped at the Outlet, does that count? Sun. - Ran 5 miles for the first time ever and on the TM to boot!
F: 5m at HMGP; it was pretty windy and smoky, so I was a bit slow Sa: 10m, 2 of them with a friend who has just started running, so the other 8 I pushed a little Su: potty training has kept me running all. damn. day.
F- 3.5 mile run in my first real pair of running shoes! S- rest day but started a little 10 minute daily arm workout Su- 10.5 miles. longest run ever! pretty pumped about it still, plus arm and ab mini workout
