Goodlord, I ate everything in sight today after my barf fest and 31 hour fast. It all started with a bacon cheeseburger and fries, and went downhill from there. Maybe tomorrow I'll be back on track.
Breakfast: Yoplait Honey Greek Yogurt and coffee with Bailey's creamer Lunch: (We had a potluck at work) Tuscan cantelope, pancake, small piece of an egg casserole, two mini-goat cheese tarts and a Morningstar sausage link Snack: Chips, carrots with caesar dressing and a peppermint patty Dinner: I have no idea as of right now, but I do know that I will be drinking a glass of shiraz as soon as I finish my work-out

Breakfast: diet pepsi and a granola bar Lunch: leftover cobb salad from the Miller's Ale House last night (we went for dinner) Dinner: 1 scrambled egg w/red pepper, rotel and some cheese. Oh, and some green beans, random yes.

Bfast - 2 scrambled eggs with salsa Lunch - salad with leftover roasted potatoes, broccoli, tomatoes, and cucumbers Snack - one (what I would consider small) chocolate chip cookies Dinner - Veggie stirfry. I thought we had tofu, but we don't Snack - homemade ice cream
Breakfast - 3 scrambled eggs Snack - string cheese Lunch - salad with chicken and blue cheese Supper - Chicken and green beans Snack - protein bar (blech! DH swore it was good and it was nasty)
