I have a tube of UD primer potion -original. The primer has become very thick and dry. Has anyone tried to thin it?? I am thinking of injecting the tube with sterile saline and kneading the tube to mix. ? thoughts from the group???
I haven't tried to thin it, but I had this exact problem before. The product was so thick I could not squeeze it out of the tube, even though it wasn't clogged. I had heard of people cutting the tube open to get the product out - I just ended up tossing it. A huge waste of product. I switched to Too Faced Shadow Insurance and haven't had any issues.
I contacted UD, they tell me that the tube is meant to be used in 6 months and as long as I got 6 months use I got my money's worth and to buy a new tube. I was NOT asking for a refund, I simply asked if I could thin the product! They would not answer my ? Just told me again to buy a new tube !?!?

What?? I'd be pissed. For as much as their products cost, they better be bending over backwards to get you a new tube. Assholes.
I too was shocked by their attitude. I had to call them because the email I sent 2 1/2 weeks ago was never answered. Time for Me to change to Too Faced for my "new tube"
