Pre WO: HB egg. I should've had more but my stomach is touchy this week of the month. Gag. B: Three eggs and two bacon. Coffee on ice w/ coconut milk. L: Burger patties w/ avocado, sauteed onion, tomato, dijon mustard. D: Steak and zucchini. E: CrossFit
B: DD turkey, egg white & sausage sandwich & coffee - I was running very late today L: Chef's salad S: Bananas, bananas bananas - trying to get rid of this charlie horse I have D: baked fish w/ veggies E: If I can work the charlie horse out I'll probably swim tonight, otherwise I'm off
B:Egg sandwich--1 scrambled 2, 2 pieces of extra sharp cheddar & Kroger's Simply Fruit Grape spread on a WW english muffin. this is becoming a favorite!
D: Some frozen chicken meal I found at Costco--It looked really good, so I decided to give it a shot. It is lemon herb chicken in orzo with roasted red peppers, zucchini and squash
E1: 30 minute dog walk this AM E2: C25k W2D3 + dog walk (around an hour total); maybe some burpes & squats
