Almost. The owners (Indiana Landmarks) posted on fb that there will be pre-sale tours on April 4th.
I drive by this house every morning and weep for its existence. Right now it's surrounded by broken up pavement, parking lots, and a giant mound of gravel. The house is beautiful; it's a shame the neighborhood is crap.
ETA 2: We're turning this into an official GTG. The tour is from 5-7; so we can pick a time we would like to meet at the house (it's on the corner of 32nd and Meridian). We also need to pick a place for drinks and/or dinner.

Is it open for anyone to tour or do you have to be a pre-qualified buyer? I know that is a requirement for some of the huge Carmel homes, but this having a historic aspect may be different.
Since it's owned by Landmarks and they set up reservations through eventbrite, I think it's open to anyone--they didn't state buyers only when they posted it on fb.
