I'm going to give up my gym membership next month. I only use it to go to two strength classes each week and I just don't think it's worth the $46/month anymore. I would love to join Cross Fit, but it's just not in the budget right now.
What are your favorite DVDs, easy to follow programs for strength & toning? I am lazy, so something that I have to put a lot of thought into is probably not going to work out. I've always been intrigued by Kettlebells - any really good DVDs?
I own a stability ball and resistance band. I'm willing to buy kettlebells/hand weights and maybe other little things.
I love kettlebells. Its what I started out doing when I began exercising. I used the site livefitrevolution.com. its completely free and she has a ton of videos so it doesn't get boring. After a while I stopped watching the videos and just used the written version of the workout on my own. I still use her workouts when I do kettlebells.
I do the strength work outs in Oxygen magazine, along with a bunch of DVD's. We have P90x, Ripped in 30, and a bunch more. You can probably check some out at the library or look on you tube for full length exercise videos.

Thanks for all the great recommendations! Keep 'em coming. I think I'm going to order a couple things tonight and maybe pick up some Kettle bells from Target this weekend
I have roughly 6227875 free apps on my phone with short workouts of all varieties. They're not the greatest but I have exactly zero excuse not to at least try them when I'm feeling lazy, I ALWAYS have my phone on me!
I actually did NROL4W at home, but I had a couple barbells and plates in addition to adjustable dumbbells and a bench. You could modify a program like that to having just dumbbells.
