I used to have serious digestive issues, every day for years I was sick for some period of time! Until I started eating clean and running, now I've been feeling fantastic for at least 6 months.
Until I ate crap food for speed/ convenience for a week on a working vaca. Over the last 1.5 weeks since I've been home I'm just feeling worse every day Getting my diet back on track immediately hasn't helped yet.
I'm seriously considering something ridiculous like a juice cleanse for a couple of days or something. I mainly have a vegetarian diet (MH is a vegetarian) and I'm too high strung to cook much meat for myself anyway LOL.
Any thoughts? Or just commiseration? I guess I mainly just wanted to vent my frustrations I skipped my run tonight because my stomach is so upset and that just makes me feel (psychologically) worse wahhhh!

I'm sorry, that sucks. I have similar issues, but mine usually go away after a couple of days if I really clean up my diet again. I'm usually craving fruit and vegetables at that point, so I eat a ton if them. If you have to do it with smoothies or whatever, go for it. Working up a good sweat usually helps, too.

YES! I was seriously hurting for some quinoa and kale, which is the first time I've ever ever WANTED either and made me realize that my husband's vegetarian diet is officially destroying my sweet tooth lol! Blargh, I'm headed to the gym tonight regardless, I'll just stick close to the restrooms maybe... hell I dunno, maybe it'll just magically go away
