He said my heart is perfectly fine and he said he doesn't think the pounding in my head is related to my blood pressure.
It feels like the pounding that you get when you have a bad cold or a sinus infection. Do you think it could be related to a stiff neck and shoulders? I'm thinking I may go to a massage therapist to get the knots worked out.

there is so much shit connected between your neck and sinuses, eyess, etc. When I had my funky headaches checked out, doc said something like 5 nerves all connected from your neck to your temples, eyes, etc.

That's a good idea.
Does the pounding increase specifically with any type of movement? When I lay down, my head pounds like crazy, because I am crazy anemic. If you haven't done bloodwork recently, that might be an idea.
I notice the pounding at night (because the house's quiet) and I notice it, of course, when I go to bed. It's not like painful or anything. I think I need to retire my Tempurpedic pillows and get some new ones. That might help.
BTW they did a CBC, etc. when I went in on Saturday. As far as I know everything checked out okay.
