Wow, it's interesting to see the changes. Using the living room as a family room and the den as the dining room. Also OMG the furniture in the master bedroom, really big. And they took out the built-ins.
This link isn't working for me at work. Are they selling for much more $$$?
No, only $214K. It's so weird to see other people's stuff in there. I wonder why they are moving so soon? Although it does look a little tight for their stuff.
Wow, already? Maybe they are looking for a larger home. In some of the rooms it looks like a pretty tight fit with their huge furniture. YHL's stuff suited the house much better.
I love that they used the floating shelves in the old living/dining room as a media console. And the den as a dining room is crazy, but totally works (other than that tiny rug under the table).
Garages must be a big deal in that area, I remember YHL not wanting to look at their current house b/c it didn't have a garage. This posting has "garage" in ALL CAPS! Haha.
I wonder if they are using those too-small rugs to highlight the floors? But WOW those are SMALL for dining areas.
I really loved that house - and I think YHL did a great job in it - but wow, is it small! My house isn't much larger but my layout is a bit more open so it feels a little bigger...

I think it is because garages aren't very common in the area so it is definitely a selling point. It's not like we get any extreme weather that would warrant a garage.
I really love what they did with the floating shelves. This might actually be something we do whenever we decide to hide all of our cables. I love the sunroom but that rug is too small for the table, but whatever it's a trend they have. I like the patio outside but it looks a little cramped with how the furniture takes up the full width on the end.
If that house were in my county (a little further north) at that price point it probably wouldn't last 3 days.
I can't stand the phrase "cream puff" I'm not sure why it bothers me so much, but it does. The house is so cute and tiny.
What does "cream puff" mean?
Basically it means it's in almost perfect condition, ready to move your furniture in and do nothing else. But, it just reminds me of the dessert and using it to describe a house annoys me.

Oh, I've always heard this as turn-key.
That's a much better description! The older generation of agents just loves the term cream puff for some reason.
