Do you have O symptoms every cycle?

I think mine are different every month. Some months the cramping is bad and the ewcm is more noticeable and others it's harder to detect.  Don't always rely on sore nipples, it could be different every month.

I have cramping and pains pretty much every month, but it varies a lot in intensity. Some months are much worse than others.

If you want to temp, I'd just try it and see what happens. I would just temp whenever I woke up in the night, and I usually got a pretty nice temp shift. Took me a while to get into the habit, but I think it is worth it.

I have trouble temping as well, because of the gifts I work. I find that I can still see a shift. (At least ff thinks I may have O'd and I have so many open circles)

I would definitely at least try temping. I usually go by two hour stretches to get a reliable temp, sometimes I have to temp way early if the dog has to go out, or my DS wakes up at a weird time, but I haven't noticed early temps skewing anything. Do what you can.

I don't have recognizable patterns in my O symptoms. I usually have cramping but have not had cramps this cycle.

I also advise temping. I work shift work and I'm a crappy sleeper anyway, only get about 3-4 hours in a stretch. i temp after at least 3 hours sleep. My temp times are all over the place and I have a bunch of open circles, but I usually see a temp shift.

So far when I try to track the sympoms, I have only had 1 cycle where I noticed O symptoms (and OPK's and temps showed I O'd).  This last cycle, tracking the symptoms, temping, OPK's, CM; no O. 

I also rarely get 3 hour stretches of sleep and spend most of the nights tossing and turning by last cycle I coul definately see the shift in temperatures.  You might want to give it temping a try, I will say I'm glad I did even though sometimes I think it's a pain especially when I wake up at 3 AM and I know the alarm is going off at 4.

I have naseua and motion sickness around O and that's about my only consistent symptom. I have cramps every once in a while and have never had the sore breasts of nipples. I wouldn't rely on these symptoms though as mind and body can play tricks with you!
