The court docs have finally been signed and approved and I bought the tickets (waaaay late so it's not MM but this is ML so I'll admit that I ended up paying an extra $1K or so by delaying because we didn't have court docs signed. Plus paying for an upgraded hotel at Disney for two nights. Bleh.) I'm now dealing with delayed gratification for the girls' Easter at Great Grandma's house.
Amazon's baskets so far are really crappy or really expensive. Putting one together via Amazon prime seems pretty expensive. We're on a sold-out flight from SEA to ATL and then a short layover before heading to Daytona. (Yeah, can you believe I'm doing the DAYTONA airport at spring break? How crazy am I? I'm pretty sure it's close to certifiable.)
How crazy does it sound to just bring an extra carryon filled with Easter stuff or pack Easter stuff in the checked luggage so we can put baskets together? Or should we run to WalMart or something after we land (at 7:30). I don't really want to send MIL on an Easter basket expedition. We're not dying eggs but I plan on buying plastic ones the girls can hunt for and fill them with candy and coins.
