I must say that the customer service I received from Graco has completely placated me. Lois in customer service deserves a raise and a hug.  They're closing early today because of the holiday, but she is going to make sure that the straps are expedited to me before she goes home.  Dude, I think I'm going to call her boss on Monday and get her a raise.
