We started out the day with a poop explosion, stripping the crib, bathing dd, then dropped off ds at preschool.
Went shopping for Easter basket stuff, then went to Costco.
Dropped off baby dress at my Mom's because she wanted to add length to it. Ran home and threw perishable stuff in fridge. Grabbed dd a change of clothes because she mauled a chocolate chip Cookie in the car.
Dressed dd in the parking lot, picked up Ds. Drove home, unloaded Costco, unloaded poop laundry. Made lunch, did dishes, folded laundry.
Kids went down for nap. I started more laundry, cleaned the bathrooms, stuffed the Easter baskets, wrote a blog post.
Kids woke up, had snack, played, i did laundry, decided to take them out to dinner to avoid cooking. Went to dinner, had epic battle of wills with ds, scarfed food. Went to mall to play (so they wouldn't mess up the tidied house. Lol) more epic will battles.
Came home, did bath, dealt with morning poopsplosion related diaper rash. Threw them in bed.
I am so tired of answering ds's incessant questions, and so very tired of his "I'm going to see if she really means it" smirk.
I don't know how you working moms do it.
Also, the dog ate like an entire bag of veggie sticks and is crop dusting the hell out of me and the couch. Blech.
Looking at it all written out it doesn't seem so bad, but I was flopped out on that mall bench all exhausted and I may have sort of yelled when both of my kids tried to eat found m&m's covered in fuzz and possible saliva from the previous m&m owner. Lol.

It looks exhausting to me. Any day that involves Costco and kids is exhausting. Agreed with the bath and drink suggestions! I would add to that list: ice cream.
