We're basically doing a potluck for Easter dinner- it is just my immediate family. I am taking cupcakes for the kids (ages 2-12). I spent too much money at the store on ingredients (they are just yellow cupcakes with chocolate frosting!), and I'm kind of annoyed with myself about it. I know they will probably just complain about them - I don't like yellow cake! I don't like frosting! I don't like sprinkles! I should have just bought a cake mix and frosting in a can instead of taking the time to do something nice they won't probably even like. Anyone else making anything for Easter? Or add your own random
We have a potluck dinner tomorrow night. I have to make the dessert for 18 adults and 7 kids. I have no idea what to make.
DH and I are having friends over tomorrow for lunch, these are friends of mine from high school that I haven't seen in 3-4 years. I'm now running around our house trying to clean it so it looks nice for tomorrow.
TTC- I am 7 DPO and I'm trying to figure out if I feel comfortable drinking on Easter. I normally don't drink in my 2ww. (Not a big drinker at all) but if I don't drink around the ILS they will start to question me being KU right away. I guess ill just have 1 drink and sip it all night.
I think today is finally O day..woo hoo! DH has off today so I bribed him with a video game to clean while I am at work. ILs may be coming tomorrow and the rest of the family is coming on Sunday.
Work is sooo quiet I am listening to pandora just so it's not so silent!
awick14 - I make brownie cupcakes when I need something for a crowd. One box of brownie mix makes 12 cupcakes. I put a reece's cup in the middle of each. You make the brownies with the directions on the box, pour into a cupcake pan (with muffin liners), stick a reece's cup in each one, and bake for like 20-25 minutes.

There's a lumineers station?? I must find it! I was listening today's hits...it was just meh.

I created my own station called luminners, and it plays them plus other similar music. I love it!

I just got done making awesome banana bread and chocolate chip banana muffins for my nephews. They are the cutest boys ever. I can't wait until they get here.
I started spotting Thurs. a little bit today and now it seems to have gone away. I am hoping and praying it is implantation bleeding and not my period!

Radishes- I don't like chocolate so I wouldn't be able to eat it. (I know I'm different for not like g chocolate but I don't like the way it makes me feel. I feel like I'm high after eating chocolate.)
Went to Canton today with my neighbor and had a good time! Getting ready to go eat dinner with the hubs. No idea what we are going to eat for Easter but maybe I should start planning that.
Update on the rash I posted about yesterday, it is going away today and I hope it stays gone!
awick14 - that's a bummer! Let us know what you decide to make.
I went with a white cake, and made it into cupcakes. (The white cake was from scratch) and I make cream cheese frosting, I colored the icing blue, green and yellow.
