Friday - All girls party. Party starts at 8pm but nothing will really get going till closer to 11 (since bars close at 4am here). We could go out to dinner first. Norika's awesome wife will be bartending.
Saturday - Drag Show. The drag show is at a bar/club, so following the show we can dance and drink. Kimberely Locke (who is the headliner at Pride the following day) will be preforming there. It's less likely we would do dinner first.

Um, can you do both? They sound very different and equally awesome! I don't get to do any pride stuff this year. The one weekend I'm working for a special function and it happens to be pride. Sigh.
Oooh, both sound fun! Pride isn't until the first weekend of July here. I am so excited! I work for the organization that hosts the events, though, so my wife always gets grumpy about how I am working instead of hanging out. Next year we'll be in Boston for Pride AND I won't have to work - win!
If you have to choose, and knowing how you feel about queens, I'd have to vote for the drag show!
Ding Ding Ding! I was absolutely leaning towards the queens because I ADORE them! I should note though that the local queens are about as bad as you can get which actually sort of makes it fun.
And I just found out the babysitter is available Saturday but not Friday so I guess that made the choice for us.
