B: Special K fruit & yogurt in unsweetened vanilla almond milk; prunes S: small blueberry yogurt, assorted fruit L: small slice leftover pizza (roasted eggplant and pepper), large salad w/ basil vinaigrette, carrots w/ red pepper hummus S:dry honey nut cheerios S: watermelon D: out for husband's birthday with the inlaws - salad bar, either chicken with baked potato or maybe a seafood kabob S: TBD - probably nothing because dinner is usually a lot of food where we are going E: elliptical at lunch
B: Two small homemade blueberry muffins, yogurt w/ banana L: Turkey, cheese & veggies on ww, mashed sweet potatoes, roasted broccoli S: Watermelon, cottage cheese, walnuts D: Black bean corn tacos with slaw, pico, and cilantro-lime sour cream, salad, and glass of wine. E: Walk outside - looks like it will be a gorgeous evening!
E: strength with lower body and ab focus B: steel cut oats with raisins and pb, coffee and cream L: ham and pepper jack on rye, cheez its, apple S: Greek yogurt with honey D: chicken ceaser salad E2: 1 hour run with jogging stroller
E: strength training and easy 2mile run B: oats w/ almond milk, cinnamon, natural crunchy pb, banana; iced coffee L: salad of some sort? D: TBD, probably leftovers but not sure yet
B: small piece of toast with peanut butter (probably will have some strawberries in a bit… I'm starving), decaf tea with almond milk L: 1/2 lentil wrap, strawberries (if any are left), TJ's baked cheese crunches (my guilty pleasure) S1: cinnamon grahams, a few chocolate covered pretzel twists S2: banana with 1 tbs peanut butter, ground flaxseeds E: vinyasa class D: other half of the lentil wrap with tortilla chips and salsa
B - pb&j on a ww english muffin + coffee w/milk S - fruit L - broccoli & chicken casserole + veggies w/dip S - protein smoothie D - leftovers. I'm not sure what I'll have. Either spaghetti w/meatballs, a spinach salad, or a pita wrap of some wort.

B: I was going to have oatmeal, but I got stuck in meetings and ended up having 2 cups of coffee and 6 starburst (FAIL) L: Pasta salad and spinach salad. S: Grapes and Greek yogurt D: Chicken fajitas probably E: REST DAY!!!
