I had a regular pan pizza and cheesy bread that were great last week. If it tastes bad bacause it is their new crust, i would call and talk to the manager to see if they could give me a regular one instead.
If I got what I ordered and I just didn't like it, but there was nothing wrong with it, I would not request that they make me something new. I would just be disappointed and remember not to order it again.

I actually had the pan pizza about a month ago and I liked it. Idk what it is about this pizza.
Call and tell them that you tried their new Handmade ,crust and didn't like it and would like a new one with xx crust. Their website says "Our Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Domino's Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your money" They should give you a new one for free
I sympathize that it sucks when you're looking forward to something and then it doesn't turn out to be so good. But I don't think it's Domino's fault that you didn't care for this particular kind of pizza you'd never tried before.
I have no advice. I would expect a less than delicious pie if I ordered from Dominos and would be pleasantly surprised if I wasn't running to the toilet after.
