I bought after hearing about on Dr. Oz (don't judge....I was home and cleaning and it was background noise....or maybe I was on the couch eating bon-bons...either way)
Anyway it was backordered and just arrived this week. I tried it over a very light color. I "cured" it by making claw hands next to my bedroom lamp for 3-4 min. After that I sort of went about business to see how it held up. I got a couple of minor dings prob in the first 30 min, but 2 days later I have no chips, and I usually chip the next day or so w/ a regular manicure.
It's no where near as shiny and "thick" as a gel manicure, but for $30 ($22 plus shipping) and who knows how many applications, I think it's a great option for at home. And since I've never been thrilled at the color selection with gel, I love that I can give any color a pretty immediate hard finish.
Just thought I'd share since I haven't seen many reviews of this.
No - and I know this because I did another quickie manicure first, but didn't leave it to cure long enough so it got pretty smudged (and I didn't love the color I chose). It removed just like regular polish, not like gel.
