Anyone deal with a rash like this?

She had one once before after she had her first solid food (avocado). Now she has it again and I'm very nervous that is food related. Anyone deal with anything similar? There are some raised individual bumps and then some patches of rashy areas. It's mostly on her back but there's also some on her stomach/ chest. Thanks.
