My arms are just so fatigued and it makes it hard to push the girls in the stroller. I know I had no upper body strength before but I wasn't expecting it to be this bad. Hopefully this passes soon
When did you start? For about 2 weeks after I started my runs suffered. Once I was over that horrific initial soreness my runs improved. My race times have improved significantly and I find I'm doing best at both sports when I'm training at both.
