Tried and true fruit muffin recipe w/ whole wheat flour

Hey ladies - I'm looking for a good all around muffin recipe w/ whole wheat flour (only - as opposed to both, which a lot of recipes have, I think for fluffyness?) I have strawberries and bananas that are going bad soon and I need to bake something w/ them. We are trying to eat less white flour. Any ideas?
