How many headaches do you get a month?

Sinus headaches, tension headaches, dehydration headaches, migraines - how many times a month does your head hurt?

Not very many, unless I forget to eat several meals in a row.

A few a month. I get brutal migraines around my period. Then maybe one or two tension or sinus headaches here or there.

I used to get them frequently (2-3 migraines a week)but now I see a neurologist who put me on a daily medication for them, and it's helped tremendously.

I very rarely get headaches. I maybe get 3 or 4 a year.

I get probably one a week, usually when I work out and don't drink enough water (even though I drink a ton of water!). I usually get one migraine a month, around my period. My mom got horrible migraines for days at a time, so it never seemed unusual for me to get frequent headaches, but DH thinks it's weird.

When my whiplash injury is bugging me, about 20. It was awful. When its bit, usually just a couple a month.
