My favorite thing growing up from McDonalds was a grilled cheese. It isn't on the menu but they will always make one.
I don't care about the food, and my kid eats there probably more than she should. But, for me, ours here are not nice with separate party rooms (I didn't know some had these) and the play places are older. Which is why I would try to talk my three year old out of having a party there with bribes or distractions.
I realized addy had been eating at McDonald's too much when we were talking about good food vs bad food and how good food makes you grow big and strong. She started listing good foods. Eggs, cheese, carrots, broccoli, McDonald's apples.... Oops
This is why I have a love/hate relationship with chik fil a. I hate what they give their money to buy my kid loves their grilled nuggets and fruit.
I also LOVE that they get a book in the kid's meal.
me too, except now Lucy knows that she can give it back and get ice cream instead. But we try to always go to the lady who lets her keep her book and get ice cream, lol

Yes, I love that you can get a grilled nuggets and fruit happy meal. My first thought when the whole CFA thing blew up was that it sucks because it's the only place I can get a fast food happy meal that I don't feel guilty about giving to my kid.
Tamb - McDonald's also has those fish bite things. No way in hell will I even taste them (I don't eat good fish, so definitely won't touch McD's fish), but my kid likes them.
