the one minute phone interview

They wanted to start right away with salary. I gave them a range. They wanted to be way below it.

I feel a little weird about it, but I got weird vibes about them before the interview.

I guess I'd be more annoyed if I sat through the whole phone interview and then they were that off on salary. Still annoying though.

Sterl- It's in a moderately higher COL area and is considered a step up from where I go. It should honestly pay more than I'm guessing they were going to offer.

fuckyourcouch- You're right. I'm still thinking I should have said it wasn't firm, but in reality it is, so I gotta suck it up.
