Oh yeah! I remember that one! Yes, I like that one too and would totally wear it! But I also like some retro/vintage styles. Speaking of vintage, you know how everyone here is all ga ga about the peplums? Peplum is a wayyyy back fashion from the 1930s! but you don't see anyone teasing anyone saying "Ha ha! OMG my great great great great granda use to wear those!" I say those grandma's wear very fashionable! Grandma clothes aren't always bad. Specially if your Grandma was Jackie Kennedy!

The suggested styling for that was pockets full of tissues, orthopedic shoes, and nylon orthopedic socks. Lol!
You may be able to upcycle it into something cute. I only got a glance, but taking the hem up, giving it a better neckline, adding a belt to break up the print and doing minimal jewelry with a nude shoe like you said may make it work.
Oh btw, I grew up in southeast Asia where people love color so I guess I can't help it. But most colorful clothes are for young people. If you are a grandma in your 60s and rocking these colors you get the side eye overseas! Only neutrals are appropriate for elderly. So while everyone is going crazy over nude/flesh colored shoes I have yet to wear any cuz in my mind that's so granma-ish! LOL!

That's a big improvement. Breaking up the color and getting rid of some fabric helped make it less overwhelming. I got my niece a similar Ralph Lauren for Easter one year. It had thin ruffled straps that criss crossed in the back. Big prints with a lot of color are overwhelming at times.
I actually think it's cute shortened and with a belt. Maybe also lower the neckline a smidge or bring the shoulders in so it's less of a plaid armor chestplate look up top, but apparently, I like neon plaid. Maybe without the pink shoes and purse though...
I agree with wawa and FCG! Take in the shoulders a bit and lower the neckline, it will help tone down what I think you are worried about with the tatas...I think its cute, and I'm nowhere near grandma!
I agree that the purse and shoes should be more neutral though. If you are so averse to nude, maybe a light gray?

Gray or maybe a metallic of some sort. That's neutral, but not too grandma, right?
