1. On average, how many lbs. gained or lost since High School? I am about 30 lbs. heavier than I was in HS (but I was a string bean back then)!
2. On average, how many pounds gained or lost since College? Maybe about 10-15 heavier than in college. I definitely gained the freshman 15, but I wore it well (see above)!
3. Do you wish to go back to either of these weights?
No, I am not particularly interested in numbers but I am interested in the way I look and feel.

1) I had just lost 20ish lbs when I graduated high school. Until last year, I was up 150+lbs from high school graduation weight - 130lbs up from my average HS weight. I am currently 15lbs up from normal HS weight and 35 up from when I graduated.
2) I consider college the lost years. I was in a bit of denial and avoided the scale for a good while. I know I gained around 100lbs in about 2 years after HS graduation - the other 50 crept up a little slower.
3) I am trying to get down lower than I was at HS graduation. I will be very happy to get under my HS weight. I've always struggled with my weight (I remember being a size 12 when I was 12 and only went up from there...)
I have no idea how much i have weighed in high school but basically did not develop until about 21 so the weight gain was necessary... i was very very thin I have weighed the same since I was 21 though have had some body composition changes, and am happy where i am right now as I actually have visible muscle now
1. I weigh less now than in HS...I avoided the scale then, but I would estimate I weigh about 35 lbs less than I did at graduation.
2. Again, I avoided the scale, but I would estimate I am about 60 lbs lighter than I was at my college graduation. I gained about another 20lbs post-grad, so I am about 85lbs lighter than my highest weight. About 5 years ago (3 yrs post grad) I lost 80 lbs and kept it off until I got pregnant.
3. Hell no! I am working on that last 5-10 right now. I wear a smaller pant size than I did in jr high. I never want to go back.
If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them. - Bruce Lee
1. On average, how many lbs. gained or lost since High School? I am down 30 lbs from my senior year.
2. On average, how many pounds gained or lost since College? I gained an additional 10 lbs after college and getting married, but I am down 40 lbs total from my heaviest weight.
3. Do you wish to go back to either of these weights? Hell no! I am so much healthier now
1. On average, how many lbs. gained or lost since High School? I'm currently about 60 lbs up from HS. That's after losing 25
2. On average, how many pounds gained or lost since College? I'm about 8lbs lower than my weight when I graduated.
3. Do you wish to go back to either of these weights? I'd hurt somebody to by my HS weight. I'm trying to change my life and forever leave my college weight behind.
1. Since high school, 15 pounds more ( I'm using my pre-preg weight) 2. Hard to say...I gained about 15-20 in college 3. Neither. I was too thin in high school, and too skinny fat in college, so its more of a look than a number for me. I was really happy at my pre-preg weight last summer. I have about 12 to go to get there.

1. On average, how many lbs. gained or lost since High School? I gained 105 lbs since high school and have lost 65 of those lbs.
2. On average, how many pounds gained or lost since College? I am still in college but I have lost all the weight while in college and gained it all before
3. Do you wish to go back to either of these weights? I would love to be back at my high school weight but with the muscle definition that I have in my arms and calves now. I would love the broad shoulders I had from swimming too.
1. On average, how many lbs. gained or lost since High School? I am 3-5 lbs more now.
2. On average, how many pounds gained or lost since College? 3-5 lbs more. I stayed the same weight in college as I was in HS.
3. Do you wish to go back to either of these weights? I'm pretty indifferent. H thinks that I look too skinny if I weigh 5 lbs less than I do now (HS/college weight).

my body is built differently now, but i am about the same weight as i was in HS (but think i look way better and thinner and buffer now) and I am 15 lbs less than my heaviest in college. college was a stressful, carb filled time and i gained weight without realizing it because i gained proportionately. i'm curious to see what child bearing will do to me! haha
1. On average, how many lbs. gained or lost since High School? - Honestly I have no clue how much I weighed in high school, but if I had to guess I'd say I'm probably around 5lbs heavier since then.
2. On average, how many pounds gained or lost since College? - at my heaviest, I was about 15lbs heavier than I am now. I'm short though, so those 15lbs made a big difference.
3. Do you wish to go back to either of these weights? - No, I'm almost 36 and am in much better shape than I was in either high school or college. I may have weighed less than, but I'm much healthier now.
I was SO thin in HS, my doctors made me come in to test me for bulimia each WEEK because I was painfully thin. At 5'8" I was 115 lbs. I had a crazy metabolism. By the end of Senior Year I was closer to 125 lbs. So since then I have gained about 40 lbs :/
In college I was about 140, and that is what I would like to be again.
2. from my highest weight in college, 37-40 lbs. less, depending on how i'm fluctuating
3. would never want to go back...i think i was in denial in college that i had put on weight - until i stood on the scale and had reality slap me in the face.

1. On average, how many lbs. gained or lost since High School? I had an ED in high school, and went in between binging and restricting, so my weight fluctuated quite a bit.
2. On average, how many pounds gained or lost since College? Same as high school. My highest was 20lbs more than I weigh now and my lowest was 20lbs less.
3. Do you wish to go back to either of these weights? No, because I'm actually healthy now and eat pretty well and exercise. I am way fitter than I've ever been in my life. I would like to lose a few more lbs, but in general I feel really good about my body, and I'm proud of what I can do (with regards to strength and running).
I'm probably within a couple pounds of what I weighed in HS and 5 or so less than what I weighed in college. I have been almost 20 lbs heavier than I am now though - but that weight gain was a result of getting married!
1. On average, how many lbs. gained or lost since High School? 0
2. On average, how many pounds gained or lost since College? 12
3. Do you wish to go back to either of these weights? I'm back to my high school weight... I might be a couple pounds below from time to time. I also have a lot more muscle tone than I did then. Back in high school I was skinny because I was young, now I'm skinny because I work my butt off. I'm pretty pleased with things as they stand.

I'm up 10 pounds from my HS and college weight. My body shape is very different after having DD too.
I attribute the added pounds to being over 30, and having a job that keeps me firmly planted in an office chair for 8 hours a day. I eat much better than I did in my teens and 20's, and I'm actully running faster than I did back then as well.
Sure, I'd like to be that waify 100lb'er again, but I don't think that's realistic. I'm still trying to come to terms with my more "mature body", but for the most part I think I look ok.
1. i'm about 6 pounds more now than when i graduated HS, but i gained and lost weight during that time (i stopped weighing myself around the same time i graduated high school, so i dont know how much... i only started weighing myself again recently).
2. no idea, since i didnt weigh myself through college. but i dont think i really gained any weight during college. it all happened later.
3. im basically there. im actually smaller now then i was then, even though i weigh a wee bit more.
1) About the same weight as high school. 2) I've lost 30 lbs since college 3) I was about 10 lbs skinnier before grad school/babies. I'd like to get back to that weight. I'm in much better shape than I was in during grad school, though.
1. On average, how many lbs. gained or lost since High School? I weigh about 10 lbs less than I did in high school.
2. On average, how many pounds gained or lost since College? This is a toughie. I was approx. HS weight for most of college, so I weigh less now. But Sr. year I went on a major health kick and lost 25 lbs, so I am up about 15 lbs from that (at the lowest).
3. Do you wish to go back to either of these weights? Well, I am pretty happy where I am. At my lowest I was too thin and had no muscle. I gained about 10 lbs of muscle through lifting, and loved that weight. So, I need to lose 5 lbs to get there. However, I am 35 now, not 22, and I've had two kids, so considering all that, i'll take what I have now.

1. I'm back to my HS weight 2. I'm 20 lbs less than my senior year of college weight 3. I'm happy at my current (HS) weight for the most part. I do think that losing another 5 - 10 lbs would help increase my running speed, but I'm pretty dang pleased with how I look at the moment.
1. I weigh about 20 pounds less than I did when I graduated HS. (And when I graduated HS I weighed about 20 pounds less than I did when I started my senior year). 2. I weigh about 10 pounds less than I did when I graduated college. 3. Uh, hell no.
1. I weigh probably 15-20 lbs more than I did back in HS 2. I weigh about 5-10 lbs. less than I did in college 3. I'd like to be back to somewhere in between college and HS. Although I've been at/around my current weight for almost the last 10 years, I was able to drop 10 lbs the year I was racing regularly AND getting married. I'd like to be closer to that weight, but I think realistically, my body is happy around my current weight--I'd feel better about 5 lbs lighter and 1 pants size smaller though.
I've always struggled with my weight though. In HS I was strong and had some endurance, but looked immature and didn't carry my weight well. In college, my face showed my weight a LOT. I was VERY strong (I was riding my bike a TON, along with other varied workouts) and was burning a ton of calories, but was eating them back with junk carbs (hello late night pizza, breadsticks, and ice cream!) Now, I look more mature and carry my weight much better.
It does stink that you can't tell your body where you want it to lose/gain the weight though, doesn't it?
3. I happy where my weight is right now - I'm about 1 or 2 lbs. from my goal weight - if I could just kick the cake habit I could get to my goal but cake is soo good:)
