Probably down about 20-25 from high school and about 15 from college. I was at a good weight from 1998-2008 thanks to Weight Watchers and lots of running, but then had kids, etc. Need to lose 10-15 pounds to get back there. And I will get back there!
1. I have gained 30 lb since high school 2. Gained 18 since end of college 3. I was grossly thin at that time (especially high school - the pix are kind of painfully embarassing) so really don't have any desire to be quite that thin. I could lose a good 10 lb though.
