I am back on the WW bandwagon and want to stick with it longer than a couple of months this time.
A friend suggested getting a Fitbit as there are challenges, badges and over all, very social.
Do you have one? Do you like it? Use it often? I am wondering if it makes more sense to switch to counting calories if I get one, but I really like WW and it works well for me. (Plus I like the "free"/built-in fruits and veggies).
I have one, I love it, I wear it every day. It make me want to be more active. On days I have been less active I end up trying to move more later in the day to burn more. It actually makes me want to do housework because I burn more calories then!
I haven't ever done WW. I have tracked calories really carefully before (like with spreadsheets and such) but now I just do it in my head (I don't lose as much weight when I do it in my head though! Weighing my food is key to great success). I use the fitbit to get an idea of my burn so that I know if I am burning more than I am taking in. I don't cut calories drastically right now anyways, the lowest I really go is 1500 a day.
