I've heard good things about the car seat and the strollers. I think I remember someone on the board mentioning that they were looking at one of the quinny strollers.

I think the promotion is from the manufacturer, there were flyers for it at Tottini too. It's a good deal (if you're into fancy strollers), people love that car seat!

I think that my nephew had that Quinny Buzz stroller and I recall it being sort of hard to steer...but maybe it was a different model. That does seem like a good deal though.
