nfbr: Speedlight off Craigslist What should I ask?

I own a Nikon D60 and am looking for a lightly used speedlight for it. I've found a few that I am looking (particularly SB800).

What kind of questions should I be asking (other than cosmetic condition)?

Does it matter how many hours they've used it?
