B: coffee with milk and sugar, banana L: salad with veggies, olives, and goat cheese S: greek yogurt, cherries D: going out for Mexican - some margaritas, chips and salsa, who knows what else
Happy Friday!!! B: oats w/ vanilla almond milk, cinnamon, natural crunchy pb, banana and black coffee L: salad w/ romaine, yellow, orange and red peppers, onions, tomatoes, 1/2 avocado and a couple crumbled tortilla chips S: red grapes D: meeting a friend at Whole Foods (they have a dining counter/ restaurant in the one by her house! Love!), not sure what I'll get yet but it will be healthy and delish E: Rest day, 10K tomorrow!
B: Banana with 1 tbs peanut butter, ground flaxseeds, decaf tea with almond milk L: eating out! I'm getting butternut squash ravioli. Maybe a slice of bread from the basket :-) [edit: OMG the calorie count was 1500 for a full portion! I had a HALF portion and ate half of that… and had a huge salad. Win.] S1: cinnamon graham crackers, starbucks apple tart (yum) S2: strawberries E: spin D: no clue… maybe going out. Leftover pasta from lunch if we eat at home.

E: Lifting + 15 min of intervals S: Protein powder B: Oatmeal w/ pb. Coffee L: work bbq. I'll try to be good, we'll see D: Leftovers (and probably a glass of wine or 2)
B: oatmeal L: way too much went to pizza hut- 2 slices pizza, 2 breadsticks, 1 cinnamon stick D: either leftover pizza or homemade mac n cheese and a very needed glass of wine
E: c25k, core and upper body work, maybe some extra walking on the treadmill, as long as this headache goes away
