I have yet another faint ass bfp. No congrats, etc. yet please with this track run lately! :'(I was at the OB on Friday and we did some baseline bloodwork to start some testing this cycle. She thinks it's just a new and different symptom of my pcos- instead of not ovulating and not getting pg, I'm ovulating but just not mature eggs. She said it shouldn't have anything to do with the rcs and that it's near statistically impossible for it to implant on the scar 3 x's or something like that. She said genetics are always an issue with losses, but since we just had 2 perfectly(ish) fine kids that it's unlikely. So she really just thinks it's "just" my hormones. That's her guess at least until further testing and we're not venturing into the world of REs again at this point. SOOOO, progesterone could still be an issue, but they could just be bum eggs to begin with. I don't want to get excited for nothing if there's no chance of saving it, but this would be something that I should call and try and get my progesterone drawn tomorrow, right? I mean, if it IS my progesterone, the one day would still make a huge difference this early wouldn't it? I know for sure my ob is on call this weekend because she said if she saw anything outstanding on my labs that she would call me. I've never had a progesterone issues with the last so I'm not sure how much of a difference 1 day would make. I'm on day 50 or so of this cycle- well, questionably- this is the cycle I had two "periods" a week apart. We had sex 1 time this month 14 days ago I believe so those are our odds lately...
ETA: and I'm talking about calling in the morning, not now!
I would probably wait until Monday. Will anybody be available to draw your blood? I know that while the OBs are on call, office staff typically are not. The only offices that I know that do blood draws would be REs. If you want it drawn, your best bet would be ER since the lab is there, but I personally wouldn't do that. If you are worried about progesterone, you could always try the progesterone cream.

Thanks. I know based on what she said before that she would check my progesterone and I'm sure she could just call it into the lab at my local hospital instead of having to drive all the way to her (live in the country!).

Thanks. Every time I've had betas, etc. drawn they've called it into my hospital lab so I wouldn't go in the office anyway. They have sunday lab hours too, so it wouldn't have to be going through the ER, etc. if that would make a difference. I don't know though- I have no idea if it IS my progesterone, just was one hypothesis of hers. I would hate to use the cream on my own and make something worse if it's not my progesterone. Is that possible? I have no idea.

Our local hospitals are not open to outpatients on Sunday, so you should definitely check with your hospital before making a phone call.
Yes, I would call. It's not like it's the middle of the night and she'd be sleeping. She knows your situation and as an OB she is (or should be) used to getting calls at random times. It's part of the job description. Call her and ease your mind!
I would definitely call. I know that with me, my lab stuff was never available until the next day, so it would still possibly be Monday before you started on anything. I think that every day is fairly critical with hormones at this point. I had progesterone issues, but when I started on Clomid, that helped my progesterone issues so I didn't need supplements at all for A. I hope you can get things figured out.
I would definitely be calling and doing everything possible to help the situation. At least she can give you advice and ease your mind so you're not totally stressed. Praying for you!
I would call. It's their job if they are on call and it's not like you are calling for something silly. If she thought it might be progesterone then it is something she can totally call in for you and you won't be as worried. Sticky thoughts and wishes to you!!!!

Definitely call!! Like vthokie said, it might be a day after the blood draw to get you on progesterone supplements if that IS the problem, so you want to know asap. I'll be praying for you and hope you get answers

I would absolutely call, biblio! I think everyone summed it up perfectly, but if they suspect progestrone, they could get you in for a draw, it's worth the phone call to get things moving in the right direction. Sticky, sticky, sticky, honey!
