I'm not doing it tomorrow, but my box did it on memorial day in place of the murph as a practice run. It hurt. Bad. It was the first time I've thought I was going to throw up during a CF workout. But I felt awesome after!
I also hate pull-ups, and then doing burpees, power snatches, and thrusters back-to-back-to-back was killer (that was the order we had them set up...pullups, box jumps, burpees, thrusters, power snatches).
