i might be a little OCD but i built this based off the hal higdon method merged with my ballet stuff and the fact that i have 23 weeks to train for a 1/2.
i have tabs at the bottom "schedule" "notes" and a copy of the hal higdon schedule.
This is awesome and thank you so much for sharing!! I am an excel junkie and I am using Hal's plan for my first full marathon that falls around the time (are you doing Philly by any chance?) and I can plug in my training.

My DH has a ridiculous Excel training plan combining his training for trail races, road races, a sprint tri, and a 100k bike ride, complete with pivot tables. It's crazy, lol.

ok thats insane/awesome. i haven't don't pivot tables in years. thats awesome that he's so on top of things. do you think he would share it? i know my DH would love something like that. he is training for a sprint tri

I am sure he wouldn't mind sharing it - I'll ask when he gets home to be sure, but check back and I'll post it later! It's pretty complicated, lol, but it breaks down all his workouts pretty well. He might need to write some instructions for it, lol.
