My friend gave me a coupon last week and they already came yesterday. Do they run really small or are they just meant to be tight? I can't see the size on the pants and wonder if they sent the wrong size or I just need to size up.
I think I better try them on again when I get home. I kind of got depressed when it felt like I was putting on nylons rather than workout pants. I've never tried lulu so I don't know there. Maybe I'll just size up.
I just grabbed mine to look. There's a tag, but it's been cut (probably so people can't return them for full price). I wonder if the size was at the end of the tag? Otherwise there's nothing anywhere. I looked in the pockets, too.
Yogasmoga has the best pants that I've ever tried. I am an avid runner and love doing yoga. Since the decline of the lululemon product, yogasmoga has been the best thing ever. I pretty much have their whole line of products already. The sizes are written on the plastic bag. The are meant to be tight when you are putting them on but body hugging (not boy stifling) once you have put them on already. That is exactly how the workout clothes should be. Mine have not gone baggy or out of shape, I guess I got lucky with getting the correct size the first time around. Just as a friendly advise the Slimmie Pants are the best thing for your shape and "those days" when you just need an ego boost by getting a lot of compliments. The first time I ordered I had to return an item and their Customer service was just out of this world good. No questions, no problems. I am very impressed by them.

They're customer service is retched. First I didn't get my coupon code until I emailed them four times. Then when I went to order the crops three days later, the code didn't work. I have yet to hear back from their customer service in regards to that manner.
The Balm on the other hand? Best customer service I have ever seen (S&B related).
Anyway, I wasn't going to mention this, but I found the CS lacking. I received an email from them basically accusing me of stealing from the company. I had bought a tank using referral points and had accidentally kept the box checked to use a "YS gift code" or whatever they call it. Then the referral points didn't clear out of the system and I mistakenly used them again (I thought some missing points had shown up in the account). The email said that I had used a YS code inappropriately on the tanks, and they were looking into my previous orders. Except if you look at the individual invoice it clearly notes that points were used, and that even though the gc box was checked, nothing was applied to the balance. I went through, grabbed screenshots of my purchases, and of the cart with the box that automatically checks. Then I apologized if I had used points that weren't mine to use, and asked where my other points were. I received an email back last night saying it was their error on the points not clearing from the cart, I'd get the tank I had ordered since it was their error, and I'd only get referral points if people bought something.
Uh, thanks? No apology for accusing me of stealing. Free tank, woo. And no explanation why 2 orders that I KNOW were placed with my link/code did not show up in their system. Just, again, half-way accusing me of being a dumbass.
their Customer service was just out of this world good.
If their customer service was out of this world good, they would have correctly credited my friend with her referral points. Even after I emailed them. Even after they emailed me back and said they would credit her. I don't consider good customer service to include lying.
My review of the pants outside of my issues with CS: The pants I have are tight, tight enough that when I put them on I thought, "Oops, I bought the wrong size." After I heard they stretched a bit after wearing them I decided to keep them. I wore them for my run tonight, which might be outside of the realm of what they're supposed to do. I say this because they kept sliding down towards my crotch. I ended up doing an awkward hitch pull throughout the run. Am I supposed to get even tighter ones that cut off circulation in the beginning to keep them on for the whole workout? In short, I probably won't purchase more, and I had high hopes for them.

Only one post and it's to rave about a product and company that others have had problems with? Hmm... Could it be...spam?!

That was my initial reaction- even before reading the FU CS posts.
I am sorry if our experiences haven't been the same, but not spamming here. If the number of positive vs negative comments are the criteria you want to follow then please check out their review on lululemon addict. That is where I read about them and found the coupon deal. About 200 comments mostly positive, rave reviews for their customer service and the product. Over 500 likes........ Compared to that 2 people on here are saying negative things and 2 people are saying positive things.......... I'll let you judge as to what is going on here.
Oh, well, then I'll add mine. The Slimmie Pants were not available in my size. Same with my friend who ordered. Ok, backorder, fine. 8-12 weeks? Disappointing, but....ok. My card was charged. Well, oh. Oooookkkk......
I work for a small start up business where we have direct customer contact. We have had items on backorder before to customers. Not once did we EVER charge their card before their merchandise was shipped. I have never been charged for an item before it shipped if that item was on backorder. The problem that this presents is if there are issues with the product. If CS is what has been presented here (and fwiw, I saw the emails that pixy received) I don't hold out much hope of trying to resolve it without the help of my credit card company....at which point it will likely be too late for them to help.

....mmmhmmm... How much do you get paid by the company? You realize this makes your overall company look desperate, right? Willing to spam small message boards just to make you seem awesome?

Seriously. Also, don't underestimate the power of these boards. Have you heard of the BUBBLE NECKLACE?

dbrunner, I have reported you to the global mods as a spammer. I believe they will agree with the majority of us, that you are a spammer, and block you from our board.

Blerg...I'll keep an eye out for that tomorrow assuming I drag my butt to the gym.

Eh.....yea it does look like she COULD be a spammer, but i dont think she is being over the top. I found out about them from Luluaddict blog and she is right, there are a LOT Of positive reviews on them. I like them and had really good luck with their CS. Maybe if you had bad luck with their CS, post on the FB wall?
OMG, this is ridiculous. You think they are horrible. I think they are wonderful. We don't have to agree. That is just your opinion, just like this is my opinion, so what is the problem. We don't agree. I had a great experience with them, you had a horrible experience with them. That is all there is to it. Please realize that when you post on a public board, there will be people who share your opinion and people who will not. Let's keep this a mature forum and act accordingly.
I will be no longer giving my opinion on this board.
