I would demand they honor the sale that they screwed you out of in addition to the gift card. The offer still stands to drive around CT until I find the manager for you so I can beat him with my shoe.

They should let you order online, honor the sale and ship for free. $20 is barely gas money. That's lame.

Then tell them you have a huge group of moms on PBs that will be boycotting them if they dont honor the sale.

Post all of this on their Facebook group. Companies hate when people say bad things about them on FB. I guarentee you will get an immediate response with someone asking you to email them so they can make it right.

The customer service rep just emailed me again and said they should have let me participate in the sale (but doesn't offer me the chance to do so now) and said she's going to send me another gift card for $40. At least I can buy something online now.
