OMG, stouffers is so amazing. I haven't had it in years but I seriously loved the stuff. I usually make my own, which is ok, but when I make it for Ari I've been giving him the Annie's organic version and adding in some extra parm for a bit more thickness. It's pretty yummy.
I'm with ladybug, I like most of them except like lean cuisine/diet ones. Velveeta is awesome but I love too Stouffers too! I give L the Annie's white cheddar shells which are pretty good.

My gmom's, hahaha.
Kraft macaroni and cheese goes against all my "beliefs" as an organic nerd, but damn if that shit isn't so fucking good. I still cave for it on the worst of worst days.

That recipe is my favorite, we just had it again last week. I usually use Panko instead of normal bread crumbs, though. It works well with add-ins, too - I like bacon and broccoli.

Guys dairy free mac and cheese made with nutritional yeast is where it's at! Not!!!! Man I miss mac and cheese, it's one of my favs! I'm drooling reading this thread.
Stouffers. OMG it's ridiculously good. And they have a new version with whole grain pasta that lessens my guilt at least a teeny bit but it tastes the same.

I don't really discriminate. I have a stovetop recipe that I like...uses evap milk and cheddar. I also have a bake servile that uses cheddar, fontina, and gruyere. I'll eat blue box too!
