I thought Zoe was trying to transition to one nap a few weeks ago, but it's like she's nap regressed, sorta. She's started going down for a nap 3 hours after she woke up and then waiting until the very end of the day to nap again, but I can't tell if it's a nap or a really early bed time. Anyone dealing with something similar or know what's up with her?
She was waking up at 7, napping at 12, taking a quick nap at 5, but fighting that one, and then going to bed around 8:30-9. Now she's getting up at 7, napping at 10, and then falling asleep at 7:30. It seems like that's a long time for her to be awake, but I can't tell if it's a nap or bedtime and we usually have dinner at 8, so I've been waking her up to feed her.

And she won't go down three hours after she wakes from this nap for another nap? Usually when they transition to one nap bedtime gets a bit earlier, at least for awhile.
I would experiment with keeping her up a little before the nap then letting her go to bed at 730. D's new schedule is up around 7, nap from 1130-1, bed around 7. So she only naps 1.5 hours all day and is up awhile before bed but it works for her. I'm working on lengthening the nap to two hours though.
Also sometimes I have to stretch to keep her up until 1130 but if I let her nap any earlier she can't make it to bedtime. I've tried letting her nap earlier and then catnapping in the late afternoon but she refuses a second nap and just wants to be a grumpy butt!
We eat dinner late too so I usually feed her dinner by herself then do bath and bedtime routine, then I eat

She ended up being down 1:15. I'll just have to start making dinner earlier. Patsy works later than a typical office schedule, so we tend to eat later, but we might just have to eat when he gets home.
