Why not vary your diet more? Incorporate different kinds of foods like fruits and whole grains?
I'm sorry, but this really irritates me. She's not asking for advice on a diet plan. She's asking for Paleo ideas. If you don't eat Paleo, this probably isn't the post for you to chime in on...
We found a recipe for sweet potato hash with sausage somewhere that we have LOVE. I'm not sure exactly where it is but I'm sure it's on google or pinterest or something somewhere
'Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. But rather, to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, screaming 'Woohoo! What a ride!' So every day is a holiday and every meal a feast."
I love the slaw recipes in the Everyday Paleo books. Perfect to throw alongside whatever meat you want.
Her sausage & "noodles" (shredded cabbage) with fried apples is great! As is the sweet Italian sausage with kale soup.
Love this, it is one of our favorites.
Also, cauliflower fried rice. I use browned ground beef and scramble a few eggs and mix them in.
I make shepherds pie based on the recipe PP mentioned, but omit the bacon and use half beef, half lamb. I also use a crapton of tomato paste and dried thyme and a bit of wine in the meat mixture.
I make a green curry beef or red curry chicken and put it in lettuce wraps like PF Chang's. Basically 1 package ground beef or chicken/turkey, cooked through Add 1 onion, chopped and 1 can water chestnuts, drained A few teaspoons of green curry or red curry paste, depending on the type of meat Then add coconut milk to make a nice thick sauce.
