Thanks for thinking of me! I saving it for later because we've just introduced dairy with great success! Unfortunately, soy hasn't gone well at all.
Also, I haven't been on a real computer in awhile - I love your sig pictures, especially your DD in the Target dress!
Talk to me about your dairy intro. I have not attempted dairy because soy went so poorly.
A couple weeks ago we met with her GI for a follow up and to hear his plan. Honestly, when I heard his plan I was convinced it was the wrong way to trial dairy because clearly, I knew better from what I had read on the internet haha I thought he would suggest me eating some dairy, likely something baked/hidden and see how it goes. Rather, he recommended giving her 1oz of WCM mixed in a bottle, 1x per day for 5 days. If she handled that well for 5 days, we could gradually increase the WCM/BM ratio and I could intro dairy to my diet. I thought he was crazy but my H reminded me how much we have trusted the Dr. and how experienced he is so I agreed to give it a try. So we tried it and she didn't have any reaction! I've added dairy back to my diet, given her sippies of WCM and given her some yogurt and cheese too. It has gone so much smoother than I expected. I did try eating soy myself however and she was up screaming all night I'm hoping it was maybe because she's teething too but it was so bad that I won't be trying soy again for awhile. When I first started cutting things from my diet I only saw a little improvement when I cut dairy but a big improvement when I cut soy. I didn't try any dairy prior to 1 year even though I suspected she'd out grow it pretty quick as it seemed soy was the bigger player for her. As excited as I am for her to have dairy, I'm afraid she won't out grow the soy intolerance. It makes me sad for her as I know how difficult to avoid it is and what an impact it has on social eating! When D reacted to the soy you tried, how long did she react for? Was it quick? What I thought was her reaction to soy recently only seemed to last 24 hours or less and I was expecting it would impact her longer.

I'm glad it is going so well!
The last time I tried soy was in February and she was up screaming and writhing all night long. Her tummy was rock hard. She had bad poos the next few days but the pain was primarily that first night.
