But I want to share. We test drove new vehicles today. I think we've narrowed it down to the Honda Pilot and the Toyota Highlander. I love them both and would be happy with either, but I like the features of the Honda a little more. DH likes the Toyota a little more...it's got the middle of the 2nd row that completely comes out and makes captain's chairs that he just loves. I like the back of the Pilot which has a little built in tray for storage and hooks on the backs of the third row seat to loop your grocery bags over. It's going to be a battle.
We have about a month or so to decide, since we're in no big hurry. I think we'll go drive them both again and then see who gives us the better deal.
Anyone have either of these and have any thoughts?

I've had the Honda Pilot for three years and love it. When I bought, I also test drove the Highlander, but I just liked the feel of the Pilot better. I'm in Minnesota so having 4 wheel drive in the winter has made me a happy camper! There was quite a change in paying for gas (since I had a car previously) but that just goes with the territory. It does pretty good with highway mileage, but most of my mileage is stoplights, so it doesn't so well. Not sure if that is a consideration for you or not.
I don't have experience with either one but I would definately go with which you can get a better deal on since you love them both. Check into resale value too (if you ever plan to sell. Personally I drive them until they die).
