I completely fell off the WW wagon and went back today. I'm at a new highest weight and gained about 7 lbs in the last month. I feel gross and am exhausted. I need to get back on track. I need to make myself a priority and stop making excuses. TTC again is not a good reason, it's another excuse and it will be more uncomfortable at this weight.
Feel free to check in with me this week. I need to do this for myself.

I am not doing WW but counting calories. I am debating Ww bc I used it before and lost a lot of weight. My dh and I have started riding bikes. We went on a 9 mile ride yesterday. My goals this week are 30 minutes of exercise daily, count calories, and drink 60 oz of water.
I cut out gluten and ascribe to the Weston A Price nutrition guidelines and have fairly effortlessly dropped almost 25 lbs this year with minimal exercise and no calorie counting. I love how this blog breaks it down in relation to TTC www.naturallyknockedup.com/start-here/natural-fertility-begin-here/
I have been at my parents house since Wednesday and I have managed to stick to WW through a baby shower and lots of family get togethers. I am traveling a lot this summer and I am determined to not use being away from home as an excuse. I won't officially weigh in until Wednesday, but I am down 2 more pounds according to my parents scale. I am treating myself to a massage when I get into the 160's, so that is my motivation at the moment.
My mom has been trying to motivate me, so she bought me the Nutri System 5 day jump start that you can get at wal mart. It will be a challenge, but tomorrow it begins- I am close to my highest weight, and the most uncomfortable I have ever been. Here;s to a new week ladies!!!!
Yay to new beginnings! I have also stalled out and not stuck to plan, but as of today I completely recommitted. Today was a good day. I challenged myself to be *perfect* for 7 days. I can do anything for 7 days and I'm hoping a nice big weight loss will motivate me.

I'm down 21 lbs since January, still so far to go ugh. I'm been doing Turbo Fire since the new year and started running again last month. Right now I'm focusing on 5K training with the double stroller (not my favorite!) Food logging is a pain, but it works!
