Anyway - I absolutely love LM Moisturizing Foundation. They've discontinued it and replaced it with "Moisture Supreme" which is not the same.
I have dry skin, I want full coverage and I really loved the dewy/luminous finish of the original.
I've currently got MUFE HD and it's fine, but not magical. I've tried MAC (all formulations), Nars Sheer Glow, Neutrogena, Lancome Tient Idole, Estee Lauder Double Wear...hmmmm...I'm sure I'm forgetting a few.
I'm using Revlon Colorstay right now because I just reached the point where I couldn't spend about $50 on foundation but I really, really miss the combination of coverage and finish of the LM.

Have you tried Bobbi Brown? I really like her foundations. Clinique also comes to mind as one to try. I like their formulation but their shades don't work for my super-pale skin.
Try the new Sephora Instant Radiance foundation. I got a sample and I'm not sure the color's right, but I LOVE the formulation. I look moisturized, dewy, and it stays on all damn day. I have dry skin too.
I know you said you tried one of the Lancome foundations, but I really like their Photogenic foundation. It is for dry skin and has a dewy finish. They will give you a small sample if you ask.
