I admittedly don't concentrate on stretching after a work out as much as I probably should. I do try to warm up well before working out and do things like bear hugs, arm circles, hip circles etc to get my muscles loosened up a little. What I do for warm ups all depends on what I'm doing for a work out, so it varies greatly.

I don't stretch. I'm awful at it and hate it, so why bother? If I need to warm up before something, I'll do a fast walk, slow jog. Every night though, I do try to either foam roll or my new obsession, body rolling. I also like to do yoga but I've really been slacking lately.

I stretch for a few minutes after I work out, and I try to do yoga once or twice a week. I have super tight hips and hamstrings, so I need to stretch to make sure my flexibility doesn't get even worse! If I was a naturally flexible person, I might not worry about it so much.
I do yoga sometimes (once a week or so) but don't really stretch other than that. I used to do it religiously but don't notice a difference now that I don't.
Thanks for the replies. If I'm doing a video at home, I do the warm up and stretching that is included in it. If I'm just doing cardio, I don't do any stretching.
I loooooooove stretching. it is one of my favorite things to do! Any time I find myself sitting (playing with my kids, watching TV, etc), I find myself stretching. I dont understand how anyone can hate it, it feels sooo good!
My favorite stretches are pigeon pose, bow pose (laying down and standing up), legs spread apart and head on the floor, and high kicks.
