And I really don't know why I haven't done it before. I slept like crud last night, but hopped out of bed at 4:40am, and was outside by 5. The weather was beautiful - about 55*. I was home and in the shower at my usual time. I am so glad I don't have to worry about fitting my run in later today with all of the stuff I have to get done. I will definitely be doing this at least a couple times a week from now on.
oh god, I am FAR too lazy for that! I have to be up at 6 am just to get to work at a reasonable time (long commute) so getting in a run and a shower would mean being up at about 4!

Glad you enjoyed it though
Yeah, I'm out the door at 7 to drop DS off at daycare and am at work at 7:30, so that was my reason up until now not to try it. I don't think I'll be able to do it in February, but it will work a couple days a week for the next few weeks until I'm off for the summer and can go out at a more reasonable hour.
That's great. I'm definitely not a morning person. But I love my morning workouts. Always sets the tone for the rest of the day. Makes me feel accomplished. Plus I'm always exhausted by the time I get home. So as hard as those early mornings are I love it.

It is the best way for me to make sure my workouts happen. Awesome job making that early wake-up today. How much are you going to love having your run done when it is hot outside this summer?
