E: having a really bad allergy day, so possibly nothing or ride on stationary bike after DS goes to bed if I'm feeling up to it
B: 2 eggs, paleo pancake, sausage, coffee L: salsa chicken w/ avacado or a chef's salad D: some sort of protein with roasted brussell sprouts E: Personal training S: strawberries
B: half a WW bagel with 1 slice of low fat cheddar and 1 slice of turkey S: blackberries L: veggie soup S: carrots and hummus, apple and PB, pear? D: homemade chicken gyros E: quick hill run

B: Bagel thin w/natural PB and organic grape jelly L: leftover mac n cheese, Greek yogurt, blueberries D: cheese tortellini w/marinara, garlic bread from the local bakery S1: ww crackers S2: Granola bar E: hopefully a 60-90 minute recovery ride outside if the weather cooperates, core and upper body work
B: oatmeal w/ banana, coffee with skim milk and splenda, hot green tea S: some white chocolate:) L: heading to Old Ebbit's grill - they have a seafood salad that sounds yummy S: mini Luna bar if I'm hungry on the flight D: soup and crackers E: rest day - it's raining here in DC and I needed some recovery after my half yesterday:)
B: Multiply Delicious breakfast casserole S: Banana L: Kitchen sink hash, blackberries S: Carrots D: More kitchen sink hash, broccoli E: Back squat work 70 up to 90% 1RM, then 21-15-9 55# overhead squat, pull-ups (may mod the pull-ups because I'm still pretty sore from the negative work I did this weekend)
B: SB Peppermint mocha. Need it since DS decided to wake up at 3 this morning. At least i managed to get him to go back to sleep at 4. Or at least that's the time I fell back asleep. E: I might try and go for an easy run tonight. I can never fall asleep on Sunday nights so I'm pretty much useless on Mondays.

B: coffee w/cream and sugar L: 1/2 cup cooked mac and cheese, 1/2 buffalo chicken wrap, handful of dark chocolate covered power berries D: some type of baked chicken w/veggies
E: Either a long walk around my neighborhood with the kids, or 30 min. elliptical plus arm and leg weights at the gym.
